About the Role
Seeking an opportunity to develop your career by engaging in diverse projects alongside collaborative and grounded colleagues? This Technical Business Analyst position within the JV Worx team focuses on supporting Joint Venture and Alliance projects through discovery, process optimization, solution design, testing, and implementation phases.
You will collaborate extensively with operational and technical teams to translate business requirements into practical and suitable solutions. This position offers extensive variety, strong stakeholder interactions, and substantial potential for professional growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project and operational stakeholders to identify business needs, challenges, and potential opportunities.
- Gather, document, and manage business, functional, and technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze existing and desired future processes, uncover gaps, and aid enhancements to workflows.
- Assist in solution design, testing, deployment, and continual improvement initiatives related to JV Worx.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships among business units, vendors, and IT teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Possession of a tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience conducting business analysis within complex settings, ideally in construction, utilities, or sizeable enterprises.
- Skilled in eliciting, documenting, and managing multi-faceted requirements during project phases.
- Proficient in mapping processes, system effects, business rules, and creating supporting documentation such as diagrams and process maps.
- Capable of facilitating workshops and collaborating with numerous stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to reach definitive conclusions.
- Supportive of solution delivery tasks including testing, user acceptance, implementation, and post-deployment improvements.
- Knowledgeable about systems, applications, integrations, and technical project delivery, complemented by excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
