Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the marketing team to craft visual content that effectively communicates Wealth For Life’s message both domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with various departments to create graphic designs for print materials such as workbooks, presentations, and more.
• Manage print orders, ensuring specifications are thoroughly checked and met for both in-house and public use.
• Organize and maintain all assets related to printed projects.
• Work in partnership with the art director, lead graphic designer, and web development team.
• Prepare print-ready files according to specific guidelines.
• Adapt supplied artwork for production and troubleshoot any issues during the printing process.
• Perform image retouching, clipping paths, and other image enhancements.
• Package and release files to printers or media partners.
• Create PDF proofs for both print production and client approvals.
• Conduct press checks to ensure quality control.
• Prepare images optimized for online and mobile platforms.
• Cataloгue artwork for future reference.
• Adhere to development schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Resolve creative challenges in collaboration with the team.
• Assist with daily design responsibilities within the marketing department.
• Gather information and materials to support work preparation.
• Design preliminary layouts incorporating art and copy, focusing on arrangement, sizing, typography, and aesthetics.
• Coordinate projects with external agencies, printers, and service providers.
• Keep updated on new production technologies and trends through ongoing research and learning.
• Contribute positively to team objectives and outcomes.

Position Requirements

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent practical experience preferred.
• Between 3 to 7 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Expertise in commercial print design and custom graphic projects.
• Familiarity with technologies and best practices applicable to multi-platform creative design.
• Ability to identify and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
• Strong comprehension of marketing strategies and their seamless application across different outreach formats.
• Experience thriving in fast-paced, rapidly growing environments.
• Capability to critically analyze information from diverse sources.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms considered an advantage.
• A strong work ethic is essential.
• Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple concurrent projects.

Required Skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and InDesign.
• Comprehensive print production knowledge.
• Skilled in preparing digital presentations such as PowerPoint.
• Competency with Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Advanced photo editing and manipulation abilities.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm. Additional hours may be required occasionally, and some travel might be necessary.
