Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Sales and other stakeholders to develop and fine-tune monetization strategies.
• Conduct comprehensive research and produce clear, data-supported reports and strategic recommendations for senior leadership decisions.
• Monitor industry developments and competitor activities within the media technology sector to provide thorough market analysis.
• Identify business challenges proactively and coordinate with international teams to formulate scalable and actionable solutions.

Candidate Profile

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Over three years of experience in strategy, management consulting, analytics, or research-focused roles.
• Exceptional structured thinking and problem-solving skills capable of disassembling complex issues, guiding research projects, deriving insights, and constructing compelling narratives.
• Strong project and stakeholder management proficiency comfortable with coordinating diverse teams across borders.
• Advanced skills in Excel and SQL with a proven ability to translate data into practical insights.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese to effectively support and manage stakeholders in the Chinese market.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this role in the relevant city is $108,000 to $168,000, adjustable based on candidate qualifications, skills, experience, and location. Total compensation may include discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.
