Key Responsibilities
- Drive location performance by achieving or exceeding revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee all shop operations from vehicle intake through final delivery ensuring optimal throughput, quality of production, and operational efficiency.
- Manage labor assignments by delegating repair tasks to Body Technicians and prioritizing vehicle teardown and paint jobs.
- Provide front-line teammate support during peak periods by assisting in customer reception, vehicle check-ins, and estimate preparation.
- Maintain production goals and quality standards conforming to Crash Champions and I-Car guidelines, ensuring accurate billing and enforcing workplace safety protocols.
- Administer shop payroll and staffing logistics, supervising staff adherence to timekeeping practices, and managing leave requests.
- Coordinate daily production flow through effective communication with Body Technicians, Collision Estimators, and Parts Managers to meet delivery schedules.
- Prepare and finalize Direct Repair Program (DRP) estimates after comprehensive disassembly and damage assessment, updating collision estimates as necessary.
- Lead talent acquisition and personnel development through interviewing, hiring, coaching, providing feedback, and supporting career advancement opportunities for team members.
Required Qualifications
- Detailed knowledge of the collision repair industry including insurance protocols for multiple carriers.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated collaborative leadership skills focused on shared goal attainment.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver successful outcomes.
- Proficient in CCC ONE Total Repair estimating software and general computer use.
- Valid driver's license is mandatory.

Compensation Details
Crash Champions offers a competitive salary range adjusted based on individual knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, and qualifications. The annual pay for this role ranges from $75,000 to $128,700. Additionally, performance-based bonuses may be available. Compensation and benefits are subject to change per company policies and applicable laws.
