Role Overview

This position leads global revenue growth in the Entertainment sector by formulating and executing strategic go-to-market plans alongside regional directors. The role demands ownership over transparent revenue planning, identifying lucrative opportunities in media, streaming, gaming, live events, sports, and related fields, and nurturing senior client relationships to deepen partnerships and secure APPLY as the preferred transformation partner.

Leadership duties include managing the Entertainment market operational model, streamlining collaboration among commercial, delivery, and capability teams, influencing resource distribution to support growth, cultivating a high-performing team committed to innovation and client value, and representing the sector in executive forums.

The role also requires thought leadership by acting as the company's authoritative voice in entertainment, engaging in conferences and industry panels, maintaining expertise on significant trends like streaming economics, audience fragmentation, IP monetization, and digital-physical convergence, and producing insightful content to strengthen APPLY's market credibility.

Additionally, the position champions the adoption of Agentic AI within Entertainment initiatives, guiding the development of AI-enhanced experiences such as autonomous content recommendation, AI-driven production, intelligent audience engagement, and personalized live event experiences, while staying at the cutting edge of AI's impact on entertainment business models.
