Role Overview

We are seeking a Game Producer located in Dallas, Texas, who can translate project objectives into clear, actionable strategies and keep interdisciplinary teams progressing effectively. This role demands consistent onsite engagement to collaborate closely with development teams and support their daily workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert project goals, requirements, and constraints into structured production blueprints.
• Define milestones, timelines, priorities, dependencies, and assign clear ownership within projects.
• Coordinate efforts among designers, artists, engineers, QA analysts, and other team members to maintain alignment.
• Facilitate efficient planning, stand-up, review, and retrospective meetings with concrete outcomes and follow-ups.
• Track progress proactively addressing issues such as blockers, unclear directives, and clashing priorities.
• Identify risks promptly and collaborate with the team on developing actionable mitigation strategies.
• Manage resource allocation aligned with project priorities and organizational requirements.
• Maintain thorough awareness of scope, budget, schedule, and general project wellbeing.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to assess issues, prioritize them, and ensure important problems are resolved.
• Act as a primary liaison for clients, delivering transparent updates, managing expectations, and resolving concerns.
• Help both clients and internal teams comprehend the effects of change requests on scope, finances, quality, and timelines.
• Keep detailed project documentation including schedules, decision records, reports, forecasts, and post-project analyses.
• Customize production methods to meet the specific demands of each project and team rather than using rigid processes.
• Ensure critical discussions result in defined decisions, designated owners, and necessary follow-through actions.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of two years’ experience in game production, project management, or related fields.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-disciplinary teams and manage multifaceted workflows.
• Excellent organizational capabilities to maintain clarity amidst evolving priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in identifying risks, facilitating decision making, and proactively resolving potential issues.
• Experience managing schedules, scopes, resources, and budgets of projects.
• Confidence in engaging directly with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management and documentation software such as Monday.com, Jira, Confluence, or Notion.
• Understanding of game development processes and interaction between design, art, engineering, production, and QA teams.
• A proactive and solution-focused approach.

Experience with Unity, Unreal Engine, UEFN, or similar game development tools is beneficial but not mandatory.
