Role Overview

The Supervisor role serves as a crucial member of the store management team, helping implement strategies and operational excellence that uphold brand reputation, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive financial growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support leadership to increase sales by executing strategies and tracking performance.
• Coach and mentor team members to nurture skill development and performance.
• Manage daily store operations to guarantee efficiency and uphold store standards.
• Deliver superior customer service and ensure a welcoming environment for shoppers.

Candidate Profile

• Strong interpersonal skills to support, assist, and coach store associates effectively.
• Adherence to all Levi's® store policies, procedures, and management directives.
• Consistently achieves or surpasses sales and performance targets.
• Physically capable of heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs), frequent movement including kneeling, reaching, and climbing ladders.
• Possesses reliable transportation and is at least 18 years old.

Additional Information

Location: Surrey, British Columbia, Canada

Work Type: Full-time, onsite

Compensation: $16.15 to $26.90 per hour, adjusted based on local minimum wage and candidate qualifications and experience.
