Job Overview
Join Dublin Post Acute as a dedicated Housekeeping Team Member, playing a crucial role in sustaining a sanitary, safe, and inviting environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This full-time position offers stable day shifts and opportunities to positively influence residents’ daily lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and disinfect resident rooms, common areas, offices, and other designated spaces.
- Empty waste bins and replace liners regularly.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust throughout the facility to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Adhere to infection control protocols, safety regulations, and sanitation procedures.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment effectively.
- Provide polite and professional interactions with residents, visitors, and coworkers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong dedication to maintaining cleanliness.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, reach, and stand for prolonged periods.
