Seafield Hotel & Spa Resort is seeking a dedicated Full Time Bar-Tender to join its team at the Village Bar & Grill. This position demands individuals committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every guest departs with satisfaction. Weekend availability is required.

Job Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and serve guests adhering to the resort's high standards with professionalism.
• Exhibit excellent hospitality through a friendly and positive demeanor towards guests and colleagues.
• Maintain pride in all service aspects including quality, presentation, and cleanliness of personal appearance and the food and beverage area.
• Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
• Collaborate effectively as part of the team to ensure all resort guests have a pleasant experience.
• Promptly address and fulfill guest requests.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and policies to uphold a secure working environment.
• Keep work areas tidy and organized.
• Possess thorough knowledge of the resort’s facilities and services available.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old due to legal requirements for alcohol service.
• Previous experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidates.
• Enthusiasm for working in a casual dining and gastro bar atmosphere.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commitment to hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
