This role is for a Senior/Lead Full Stack Engineer to architect and enhance a robust enterprise decentralized exchange (DEX) platform used by large organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and scale critical backend capabilities using C# and .NET technologies.
• Architect, design, and implement new backend services and features aligned with best practices.
• Create APIs and database systems ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
• Enhance platform reliability, scalability, and uphold secure coding standards.
• Build accessible, responsive, and efficient front-end interfaces using React and TypeScript, collaborating with UX/UI designers.
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, maintaining quality through thorough testing and code reviews.
• Participate actively in sprint planning, technical discussions, and spearhead continuous improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers across frontend and backend disciplines, advise product stakeholders on technical feasibility and timelines.
• Engage with customers to troubleshoot product defects and support major deployments.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot as part of daily workflows to optimize solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging cloud, frontend/backend, and AI-assisted engineering technologies.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum six years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in C#/.NET and SQL focused on backend and API development.
• Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or VueJs.
• Experience with AI developer tools like GitHub Copilot.
• Solid command over TypeScript and ES6+ JavaScript standards.
• Experience with REST and GraphQL API design and consumption.
• Skills in automated testing (unit, integration, UI), debugging, and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with cloud native technologies and containerized deployments using Docker.
• Understanding of secure coding, Clean Code principles, SOLID design patterns, and distributed systems.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Familiarity with UI component libraries such as MUI, Radix UI, etc.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards and observability tools like DataDog.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Kustomize and ArgoCD.
• Exposure to C++ programming is advantageous.
