Position Overview

At The Luxury Collection, our Front Office Assistants do much more than facilitate check-ins and check-outs; they strive to craft memorable, distinct guest experiences. By delivering a comprehensive range of services, these professionals guide guests throughout their entire visits. Empowered to freely navigate their work area, they address operational requirements, respond to guest inquiries, compile reports, and highlight local attractions, seamlessly integrating these tasks into the guest experience.

Success in this role depends on fostering a safe and professional environment by adhering to company policies, maintaining confidentiality, safeguarding assets, and upholding stringent quality standards. Front Office Assistants are expected to maintain a polished uniform and professional demeanor at all times. The job involves prolonged periods of standing, sitting, or walking and requires a hands-on approach, including moving or placing objects up to 10 pounds without help.

Qualifications

• A minimum education level of a high school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (G.E.D.) certificate is required.
• No prior related work or supervisory experience is necessary.
• No certifications or licenses are mandatory.
