About the Role

We are seeking cheerful and energetic individuals to become Front of House Hosts/Hostesses at our vibrant Moxies restaurant located in Kamloops, British Columbia. This role is essential for delivering exceptional service as the face of our establishment, greeting guests from their arrival to their departure, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering an outstanding first impression to every guest while assisting fellow team members whenever needed
• Proactively offering hospitality and support to both guests and colleagues
• Managing phone calls to handle reservations and respond to guest questions
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant space
• Overseeing the front entrance, providing prompt, friendly greetings and seating arrangements
• Participating in the onboarding and training of new staff members
