Role Purpose

This position aims to deliver meticulously crafted, production-ready web experiences for early-stage businesses using Next.js and modern front-end frameworks. The role requires close collaboration with designers to ensure web output precisely matches Figma designs in both responsiveness and performance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop pixel-perfect, responsive web applications using Next.js and related technologies.
• Convert Figma design files into accurate and functional production code.
• Work closely with design teams from concept phases through deployment.
• Implement animations and dynamic interactions in tandem with motion and interaction designers.
• Produce clean, maintainable code focused on performance and cross-browser compatibility.
• Integrate AI-driven development tools into daily workflows to enhance efficiency and quality.

Work Culture & Standards

Development activities commence early and run alongside creative efforts using Figma as the authoritative design source. The team employs Agile sprints with a strong emphasis on quality deliverables. Use of AI-powered tools like Cursor, Copilot, and v0 is embedded in the culture to accelerate and improve the development process. A strong design sensibility and technical accuracy are mandatory to ensure consistent user experience across devices and browsers.

Qualifications

• Between 3 and 5 years of front-end development experience, preferably with consumer technology, SaaS, or AI-oriented products.
• High proficiency with Next.js, React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience collaborating directly with design teams to translate design systems into functional interfaces.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality through project completion.
• Regular use of AI-assisted coding tools and keen interest in their potential to transform web development.
• Design engineering skills, enabling simultaneous design and development without separate handoffs, are an advantage.
• Familiarity with headless CMS platforms such as Sanity or Contentful is a plus.
