Overview
Infinite Graphix Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a prominent training institute in Pune specializing in CAD/CAM, IT, and skill development, is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join their team at their Pune office.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage telephonic enquiries efficiently.
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk professionally.
- Maintain thorough documentation and records related to students.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective and current students regarding enquiries and payments.
- Collect fees and manage payment follow-up processes.
- Prepare daily reports and coordinate office activities.
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications, especially MS Office.
- Demeanour should be positive and professional.
- Open to freshers and candidates with experience alike.
- Preference for female applicants.
Additional Information
- Work hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Salary: Starting at ₹13,000 per month depending on interview and performance.
- Location: Dargude Heights, Ground Floor, Pasaidan Hotel, Nagar Road, Chandan Nagar, Kharadi Bypass, Pune – 411014.
