About Mindrift and the Role

Mindrift is seeking a multifaceted and highly proficient Graphic Designer to join the Tendem project, a hybrid AI and human-driven system focused on specialized data scraping workflows. This part-time remote position is well suited for creative experts experienced in visual communication, layout, and diverse marketing collateral creation. Mindrift aims to bridge real-world professional experience with Generative AI capabilities through collaboration with top technology innovators worldwide.

Primary Duties

• Develop clean, modern layouts and infographics that showcase clear visual hierarchy ensuring engaging and understandable content.
• Create reusable, eye-catching templates for various social media platforms alongside compelling one-page documents.
• Enhance common materials using advanced skills in typography, grid application, and composition techniques.
• Convert raw data and initial concepts into refined, professional-quality visual assets aligned with specific marketing and communication objectives.
• Maintain design quality standards by systematically checking visual alignment, color accuracy, and consistency before final delivery.

Key Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related creative discipline is advantageous.
• Expertise in typography, precise grid systems, and visual arrangement to improve everyday design work.
• Proven proficiency in designing modern infographics and engaging social media templates that clearly convey structured information.
• Advanced knowledge and practical experience using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, along with Figma.
• Capability to adapt design style between high-impact one-pagers and digital templates, respecting the distinct demands of each format.
• English language skills at upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher are mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-moving environment, and a self-motivated approach to managing various design assignments concurrently.
• Applicants must submit an English CV including a direct portfolio link with relevant graphic design samples; submissions lacking a portfolio will not be accepted.

Project Details and Compensation

This freelance opportunity is project-based; task availability depends on active projects. Workload during active periods is estimated at 10-20 hours weekly, though this is a guideline rather than guaranteed. Compensation can reach up to $40 per hour based on experience, effort, and project complexity. Payment rates vary across different assignments on the platform.
