Role Overview

As a Founders Associate, you will join a small, agile team and work directly alongside the founders on the company's most impactful challenges. This role requires hands-on involvement and high accountability, responsible for scaling product and operational aspects of the business while independently managing key workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects encompassing finance, operations, compliance, and human resources.
• Develop and maintain internal systems, tools, and automation to enable scalable growth.
• Oversee recruiting processes end-to-end and facilitate onboarding of new employees.
• Assist go-to-market strategies and contribute to introducing AI agents to enterprise clients.
• Take initiative in diverse challenges such as board meeting preparations and vendor coordination to advance company goals.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record in generalist or operational roles, seeking to shoulder greater duties.
• Enjoy navigating complex problems in fast-paced and uncertain environments.
• Demonstrate ownership and meticulous attention to detail.
• Aptitude to transition rapidly between strategic planning and tactical execution.
• Keen interest in startups, artificial intelligence, and building influential companies.
• Aspirations to create significant impact and possibly launch a venture in the future.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum two years' experience in generalist, operational, consulting, or founder roles, preferably in early-stage or high-autonomy settings.
• Technical proficiency or strong understanding of AI, software, and automation technologies with the capability to create internal tools independently.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Exemplary integrity, strong work ethic, and ability to work with urgency.
• Comfortable managing projects fully without close supervision.

• Work location is based in Berlin with a preference for onsite presence.
