Role Summary

The Founders Associate will work directly with the Founder-CEO on the company’s most ambiguous and high-priority challenges. What You Will Do

• Take ownership of the founder’s most important open-ended problems and drive them toward clear decisions or completed outcomes with very little oversight.
• Create financial models, business cases, and board or investor materials that turn complex questions into actionable recommendations.
• Step into whichever function needs support, including operations, finance, hiring, new product work, or partner negotiations, and keep ownership until the work is stable.
• Convert recurring one-off issues into repeatable processes, documented playbooks, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Prepare meetings, manage follow-ups, chase loose ends, and make sure key actions do not fall through the cracks.
• In the first 90 days, learn the business end to end, own 2 to 3 founder-assigned problems, deliver decision-critical work, and automate at least one recurring founder task using AI.

Requirements

• Strong academic history from a well-regarded university.
• Evidence of building and shipping something independently, such as a side project or business.
