Role Overview

As a Founder Associate specializing in success and operations, you will collaborate closely with our Head of Customer Success and the company founders to facilitate the AI adoption in Sales organizations of our clients. Initially, you will assist the team in various tasks and swiftly take ownership of customer relationships as you gain expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Become an expert in Weflow’s products, understanding the integration between Salesforce implementation, AI functionalities, and customer revenue achievements.
• Establish relationships with customers by comprehending their revenue operations tech stack, challenges, and goals to ensure that Weflow delivers measurable results.
• Assist clients in optimizing their use of Weflow’s AI solutions as their Sales and RevOps priorities evolve.
• Identify opportunities to expand Weflow adoption within other teams and revenue-driving functions.
• Support onboarding processes by aligning RevOps priorities with Salesforce technical requirements.
• Drive adoption and retention targets through a proactive, data-informed methodology.
• Handle support tickets and facilitate a continuous feedback cycle with Product and Engineering teams.
• Work alongside the Head of Customer Success to create scalable playbooks, processes, and operational systems.
• Quickly familiarize yourself with the essential technology stack including Salesforce, Weflow, Intercom, Make, Amplitude, and Notion.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor in engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
• A genuine enthusiasm for AI and motivation to apply it to enhance your own productivity.
• An analytical thinker who transforms data insights into actionable steps.
• A cooperative, customer-centric mindset with a readiness to contribute hands-on.
• Interest in Salesforce, Revenue Operations, or sales technology; prior direct experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Recent graduates or individuals in the early stage of their career with a strong desire to learn rapidly in a fast-paced startup setting.
• Fluency in English is essential.
