Founder Associate

Role overview

Growth Cab is looking for a Founder Associate to partner closely with the Founder on important company-wide initiatives. The position suits someone who enjoys structuring ambiguous work, turning ideas into action, and keeping fast-moving projects organized.

You will contribute across go-to-market work, operations, product-related efforts, and strategic projects. The work is varied, so each week may look different depending on the business priorities.

What you will do

• Partner with the Founder on priority initiatives and strategic work.
• Research topics, prepare analyses, and support decision-making.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and help ensure delivery stays on schedule.
• Create documentation, repeatable processes, and internal playbooks.
• Spot operational blockers and suggest practical improvements.
• Support the launch of new initiatives, partnerships, and internal products.
• Monitor progress and keep critical priorities moving ahead.

What we are looking for

• Strong ability to solve problems and stay organized.
• Comfort managing several priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Clear written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and attention to detail.
• Ease working across strategy, operations, and execution.
• Prior exposure to startups, consulting, operations, or project management is beneficial.
