Food Counter Attendant

Overview

This role requires on-site presence and proficiency in English. No formal educational qualifications or prior experience are necessary as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
• Wash dishes and kitchen items manually, ensuring high hygiene standards.
• Take and process customer orders accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage spaces, appliances, and equipment.
• Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals.
• Receive deliveries, unpack, and organize supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage locations.
• Manage kitchen waste by removing garbage and trash.
• Sharpen knives used in food preparation.
• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish kitchen floors.
• Prepare food by washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.

• Operate efficiently in a fast-paced and physically demanding setting.
• Perform repetitive tasks and stand for prolonged periods.
• Maintain composure and accuracy while working under pressure.
