Job description
Overview
This role involves acting as the primary client contact, addressing inquiries via telephone and email promptly and professionally. The coordinator is responsible for managing data entry and retrieval in databases and point-of-sale systems, updating reservations, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, they prepare official correspondence, memos, and documents utilizing various software applications, ensuring all information is precise and complete.
Key Duties
- Operate office equipment besides computers efficiently.
- Ensure company standards are upheld by maintaining professional appearance and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Greet and assist guests in a courteous manner, including catering to individuals with disabilities.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and spoken formats, demonstrating proper phone etiquette.
- Support team efforts and foster healthy workplace relationships while addressing employee concerns appropriately.
- Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions promptly to management.
- Perform light physical tasks involving moving items weighing up to 10 pounds.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
