Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Food & Beverage Attendant with strong bar expertise to join the Pachamama team. This role requires a confident, personable individual dedicated to creating genuine guest interactions and delivering excellent service through classic cocktails preparation, attentive food and beverage service, and fostering a lively and welcoming environment.

Key Duties

• Prepare traditional cocktails with precision and serve a variety of beverages professionally.
• Provide attentive food and beverage service to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Perform opening and closing bar procedures efficiently.
• Maintain venue organization, stock, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
• Support floor service and assist with food delivery as needed.
• Collaborate effectively within the Food & Beverage team to uphold pace, quality, and guest experience benchmarks.

Candidate Profile

• Previous bar or food and beverage service experience is essential.
• Familiarity preparing classic cocktails and managing a broad beverage range.
• Ability to complete opening and closing duties with attention to detail.
• A warm, professional demeanor with a guest-focused mindset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.
• Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Experience in rooftop bars, restaurants, or hotels is a plus.

Hours and Work Arrangement

This casual role is expected to provide 24 to 38 hours per week, operating on a rotating seven-day roster that includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
