Food and Beverage Manager

Overview

The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences while ensuring efficient management and profitability. This leadership position is pivotal in maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer service across all F&B outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily management of all food and beverage establishments within the property.
• Ensure superior customer service to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise the F&B team to maintain operational excellence.
• Develop departmental budgets and manage food and beverage costs effectively.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef to plan menus, set pricing structures, and execute promotional activities.
• Manage inventory levels, purchasing processes, and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Guarantee adherence to all food safety, hygiene, and health legislation.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to uphold service quality.
• Evaluate sales data and introduce strategies aimed at boosting revenues.
• Maintain and enforce quality benchmarks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related discipline.
• Between 2 to over 8 years of experience in food and beverage operations, including roles with managerial or supervisory responsibilities.
• Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems, inventory control, and budget management.
• Deep understanding of food safety rules and hygiene standards.

Additional Information

This position reports to the General Manager or Hotel Manager and is based in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, India.

The offered monthly salary range is INR 35,000 to INR 50,000.
