Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive Finance Intern to join our finance team, contributing to financial data analysis and business intelligence efforts. This role offers practical experience collaborating with sales, finance, and operations teams to generate actionable insights that improve overall business results.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the BPO team to record daily accounting transactions using SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
• Handle GOSI bill settlements and conduct routine account reconciliations.
• Monitor customer payment statuses and coordinate supplier payments.
• Assist in setting up and updating customer and supplier master data.
• Carry out payroll accounting activities and reconcile related accounts.
• Develop sales forecasts and keep track of the open order book to aid business planning.
• Coordinate with customers and customer service teams to support sales operations.
• Work alongside procurement to generate purchase orders as per purchasing needs.
• Help build executive dashboards and performance reports to inform management decisions.
• Gain experience by working closely with experienced finance professionals in financial operations and strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from studies in finance, business administration, economics, or related fields, with commendable academic performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; basic familiarity with SAP and relevant internship experience.
• Traits including motivation, strong analytical ability, reliability, numerical aptitude, and teamwork orientation.
• A passion for economic interactions and a numerical mindset.
• English language proficiency at B2 level; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
