Role Overview
Boilermaster Pte Ltd is hiring a Finance Assistant with a focus on accounts receivable work in Singapore. The position is hands-on and supports daily finance operations, payment tracking, and month-end accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Track overdue balances, follow up on collections, and assist with recovery efforts.
- Manage day-to-day incoming and outgoing payments, along with receipt processing.
- Check and process invoices, help with vendor payments, and sort out any mismatches or billing issues.
- Carry out monthly reconciliations for bank accounts and credit lines.
- Assist with month-end closure tasks and prepare balance sheet supporting schedules.
- Take on other finance-related duties whenever needed.
Job Requirements
- Minimum educational level of N Level or O Level.
- Strong accuracy and a careful approach to work.
- Open to learning new tasks and processes.
- Works well in a team and maintains a constructive attitude.
