Role Overview

The Finance team plays a critical role in shaping our long, medium, and short-term strategies, supporting cost efficiency initiatives, and driving innovation to ensure we deliver products that meet consumer needs affordably.

About UPLIFT Program

The Unilever Apprenticeship for Future Talents (UPLIFT) is a 6-month apprenticeship designed to prepare promising future talents through challenging assignments. This program offers exposure to the business with a supportive learning environment and direct mentorship from Unilever leaders. At completion, you'll be equipped as a strong leadership potential with impactful skills.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be final year students or recent graduates
• Indonesian citizen
• Hold at least a Bachelor's degree (S1)
• Minimum GPA of 3.30
• Exemplary leadership abilities, active participation in organizations, and enthusiasm for FMCG industry
• Available for a full-time, on-site apprenticeship from September 2026 to March 2027
