Finance Analyst - FP&A

Located in North Dublin, this hybrid Finance Analyst position offers an excellent opportunity to join a growing commercial finance team within a dynamic and expanding company. The role focuses on delivering insightful financial analysis and reporting to support overall business performance and decision-making. You will collaborate closely with operational and commercial teams to influence strategic and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and management of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning exercises.
• Create and maintain management reports, dashboards, and variance analyses to identify critical business drivers.
• Perform financial modeling and analysis that aids commercial decisions.
• Evaluate costs, pinpoint efficiency opportunities, and help drive improvements in financial performance.
• Ensure accuracy in financial data and enhance reporting processes through automation and system upgrades.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders to offer financial insights that support strategic initiatives.
• Support audit processes and maintain adherence to financial policies and regulations.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified accountant with credentials such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA, possessing relevant experience in finance analysis, FP&A, or commercial finance roles.
• Exceptional analytical abilities to interpret complex financial data and convert it into practical insights.
• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and producing financial reports.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel alongside experience with financial systems, business intelligence, or reporting tools.
• Strong communicator capable of effectively building relationships across departments.
• Commercially aware with a proactive mindset aimed at problem-solving and streamlining processes.
