Key Responsibilities

• Lead your store team with assistance from the deputy store manager
• Oversee the store's visual appearance, ordering processes, and daily operational tasks
• Manage personnel responsibilities including creating work schedules and fostering employee development
• Recruit and build your store team
• Communicate regularly with regional management to discuss performance and store development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a similar retail leadership role
• Entrepreneurial mindset and high sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills to motivate your team and provide constructive feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours per week over five days, including regular evenings and weekends
• Willingness to complete an eight-week onboarding in one of our training stores in Germany
