Field Service Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The role involves installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment at various customer sites. The ideal candidate will carry out preventive maintenance, routine servicing, and be able to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and inspect equipment at customer locations ensuring proper functioning.
• Troubleshoot and repair technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine servicing of equipment.
• Complete assigned service calls within scheduled timeframes.
• Maintain accurate service records and prepare detailed reports.
• Adhere to safety and quality guidelines set by the company.
• Collaborate with customers and internal service teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related discipline.
• Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience.
• Basic understanding of electrical and electronic systems is essential.
• Good communication skills and aptitude for problem-solving.
• Must be willing to travel for field assignments.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence is preferred.

Working Conditions and Compensation

This is a full-time onsite role based in Mumbai. The monthly salary ranges from INR 16,500 to INR 23,000.
