About the Role
Freecharge Payment Technologies Private Limited is hiring proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executives in Salem, Tamil Nadu. This on-roll, full-time position focuses on expanding the customer base by promoting various financial solutions including business loans, loan against property (LAP), current accounts, and QR code payment products.
Responsibilities
- Identify leads and enroll new customers through direct field interactions.
- Promote and sell financial offerings such as LAP, business loans, current accounts, and QR code-based payment solutions.
- Establish and nurture enduring relationships with clients.
- Meet or surpass monthly sales targets and related performance indicators.
- Make regular field visits and conduct necessary follow-ups to support sales efforts.
Requirements and Eligibility
- Minimum education qualification of 10th grade pass.
- Prior experience in lending or loan sales, including LAP, business loans, current accounts, and QR code products is essential.
- Fluency in Hindi and English languages.
- Candidates aged between 18 and 38 years are eligible.
- Both male and female applicants can apply.
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and possess a valid driving license.
- Strong willingness and capability to work in a field sales environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000.
- Performance-based incentives ranging between ₹2,000 and ₹6,000 per month.

Work Schedule
The workday typically spans from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with the role being primarily field-based, requiring mobility and frequent visits to customers.
