Job description
Overview
We are urgently seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to join BatterySmart, operating within the Electric Vehicles and Battery Rental industry. This role focuses on promoting and selling electric vehicle batteries through a rental model, specifically targeting the e-rickshaw market.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell EV batteries using a rental approach to local customers.
- Coordinate e-rickshaw attachment and ensure proper registration.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with e-rickshaw drivers in the local area.
- Meet monthly sales targets to maximize earnings from incentives.
Candidate Requirements
- Completion of 12th grade education minimum.
- At least one year of experience in field sales or direct on-ground marketing.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and ownership of a personal motorcycle.
- Strong communication abilities accompanied by persuasive skills.
Compensation
The position offers up to ₹24,000 in total monthly compensation alongside additional incentives ranging from ₹800 to ₹1,000.
