Job Overview
PhonePe is seeking enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to become part of its primary growth team. Selected candidates will be officially employed and remunerated by PhonePe. The role focuses on expanding PhonePe's merchant network by incorporating local shops, retail outlets, and other businesses as partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visits to local markets and retail establishments to onboard new merchants.
- Install PhonePe QR codes at merchant locations to enable digital payments.
- Set up and activate PhonePe Soundbox devices for business users.
- Manage relationships with merchants by training them on device usage and addressing any operational questions.
Additional Information
- Candidates must possess an Android smartphone and have access to a two-wheeler vehicle (bike or scooter) for transportation.
- Compensation includes a monthly salary between 17000 and 24000 INR plus attractive weekly and monthly performance incentives.
- Successful applicants will receive an official offer letter directly from PhonePe.
- Employment will be on PhonePe's payroll, ensuring formal onboarding and structured payment.
