Job description
Role Overview and Responsibilities
This role involves actively seeking new business opportunities by targeting industrial clients within designated MIDC zones. The candidate will be responsible for visiting various factories, manufacturing facilities, and industrial units to present and market the range of services offered.
- Engage with key personnel such as maintenance managers, plant heads, project engineers, and purchasing departments to promote services.
- Market Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), electrical contracting, supply of materials, and labor contract services tailored for industrial clients.
- Prepare detailed quotations and diligently follow through until orders are successfully secured.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by the organization.
- Maintain accurate records through daily visit reports and upkeep of customer databases.
