Role Summary
The role is for a Field Sales Executive (ECA - Easy Colour Contractor Associate) handling both B2B and B2C sales. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with dealers, distributors, builders, and architects to promote and close product sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with dealers, distributors, builders, and architects to drive and close sales opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and strong product sales capabilities.
- Graduation with at least 50% marks.
- Maximum age limit is 33 years.
- Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
- For non-metro locations: in-hand salary of 21,000 INR and CTC of 25,000 INR.
- Additional benefits include petrol allowance and mediclaim coverage.
