F&B Service Expert

Role overview

This position is focused on delivering a memorable dining experience rather than simply serving meals. The role is about creating smooth, engaging guest interactions and making each food-and-beverage transaction feel like part of the overall experience.

What you will do

You will support guests throughout their meal by setting tables, coordinating with the kitchen, serving food and drinks, answering guest needs, and keeping service areas clean and organized. The job requires a proactive attitude and the ability to provide a consistent, high-quality guest experience.

You will also be expected to follow company procedures, maintain a safe and professional workplace, and uphold appearance, communication, and quality standards at all times.

Work environment and physical demands

The role involves being on your feet for long periods and moving between standing, sitting, and walking as needed. You may work on sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces. The position also requires reading and checking menu details carefully and handling physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance. Frequent bending, twisting, reaching overhead and below the knees, pulling, and stooping may be required.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Prior related experience of less than one year is required, and there is no supervisory experience requirement. No license or certification is needed.
