Family Growth Specialist

Overview

This role is based in Abu Dhabi and involves working for a period of one year. The Family Growth Specialist will manage application processes, validate applicant eligibility, assist beneficiaries with their queries, track application progress, and produce reports to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction within the Customer Happiness Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and process applications to ensure they meet established criteria and regulations before forwarding them for approval.
• Check the completeness of application data and required documents; inform applicants promptly if any details or paperwork are missing.
• Track application statuses and maintain communication with beneficiaries to address inquiries and provide necessary updates.
• Compile regular performance reports highlighting metrics such as application volume, acceptance rates, processing durations, and satisfaction levels among beneficiaries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Customer Service, or related disciplines.
• Between one to four years of relevant experience in Customer Happiness Centers, government service centers, customer experience, or roles involving application processing.
• Proven experience reviewing customer applications, verifying documentation and eligibility, and liaising with internal departments.
• Solid knowledge of government service workflows, managing the customer journey, and providing beneficiary assistance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Readiness to join immediately is highly preferred.
