About the Role
The Factory Manager will be responsible for running day-to-day manufacturing activities for powder-based construction products such as adhesives and mortars. The role focuses on ensuring efficient plant performance, dependable output, and smooth coordination across production and support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise manufacturing operations to keep production on track.
- Maintain product quality standards throughout the production process.
- Oversee the availability and use of raw materials.

- Monitor maintenance activities to reduce downtime and support plant reliability.
- Enforce safety practices and ensure compliance with workplace standards.
- Track and control operating costs to improve efficiency.
