Facilities Senior Manager - Westfield Riyadh

About the Role

We seek an experienced Facilities Senior Manager to direct the facilities management operations at Westfield Riyadh. This position holds responsibility for the smooth operation of all infrastructure systems, upholding superior standards in maintenance, safety, and health, while providing an outstanding experience for tenants and visitors.

Key Duties

• Lead and oversee daily facilities management tasks throughout the mall.
• Supervise the upkeep and functioning of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire and life safety, and the Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, environmental, and legal regulations.
• Design and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to enhance asset efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Manage relationships with facility service providers and contractors, ensuring service quality aligns with agreed performance benchmarks and SLAs.
• Support emergency readiness, business continuity preparation, and incident handling efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Leasing, Development, and Security to guarantee smooth mall operations.
• Track operational metrics, recognize areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to optimize costs.
• Administer facilities budgets while maintaining superior service levels.
• Prepare and present operational reports and performance summaries to senior management.
• Perform additional responsibilities as delegated by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of facilities management experience within retail, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, MEP systems, fire and life safety systems, and general building operations.
• Demonstrated experience in managing contractors, vendors, and service contracts.
• Comprehensive understanding of preventive maintenance and asset lifecycle procedures.
• Strong familiarity with health, safety, and environmental compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Competence in Microsoft Office suite and facilities management software.
• Possession of CFM or an equivalent professional certification is advantageous.
