Overview
Indorailbus Travel Private Limited is seeking a dependable and proactive Facilities/Admin Assistant to aid in the smooth running of office functions.
Key Duties
- Perform routine administrative duties including data entry, maintaining records, and documentation management.
- Coordinate office events, schedules, and support various department needs.
- Handle incoming communications such as calls and emails professionally and promptly.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of office activities.
- Work effectively during designated night shifts.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 5 years’ experience in administration or related fields, with openness to fresh graduates possessing relevant skills.
- Strong organizational capabilities and ability to multitask efficiently.
- Proactive attitude with good ownership and knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).
- Good problem-solving skills and punctuality.
- Proficient in English communication (both spoken and written) and basic Hindi understanding.
- Basic computer skills including MS Office and email handling.
- Availability for night shift work.
- Male candidates only.
