Role Overview

This position offers an exciting chance to become a Face to Face Fundraiser within the Mindset Marketing team. Based full-time in Auckland, Wellington, or Christchurch, you will represent the company publicly by engaging individuals in high foot traffic locations to garner support for valued charity partners. The role emphasizes building lasting donor relationships essential to advancing meaningful community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage passersby in busy public areas to initiate informative conversations about partner charities and their missions.
• Effectively communicate the significance and impact of donations, persuading people to commit to regular giving plans.
• Deliver exemplary customer service while addressing questions or concerns from prospective supporters.
• Maintain meticulous records of all donor interactions with accurate data management.
• Work collaboratively to meet and surpass team fundraising targets, continuously seeking avenues to enhance personal performance.

• Demonstrable experience in customer-oriented sales or fundraising roles with a proven record of exceeding performance goals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills enabling confident public engagement.
