Executive Vice President, Global Operations

Position Summary

The Executive Vice President (EVP) of Global Operations sits on the senior leadership team and drives the development and execution of comprehensive global operations strategies aligned with the company's objectives. This role spearheads business operations, supply chain, manufacturing, projects, technology, quality assurance, and continuous improvement efforts on an international scale to enhance profitability, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth.

Key Duties

• Design and implement strategic plans for global operations that support overall business growth and long-term company goals.
• Create unified global operations management frameworks, governance mechanisms, and standardized workflows.
• Lead and optimize core areas including regional business operations, manufacturing, project delivery, and service units to ensure efficient coordination and cost-effective resource utilization.
• Manage end-to-end global supply chain activities encompassing planning, procurement, logistics, inventory, and delivery, ensuring stability and operational excellence.
• Drive operational improvements through Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous enhancement initiatives, establishing KPIs to monitor performance and quality.
• Supervise major international projects and optimize allocation of personnel, capital, equipment, and technology across regions to boost project success rates.
• Establish risk management policies, compliance with regulations and industry standards, and implement EHS/ESG systems promoting environmental health and sustainability.
• Lead digital transformation efforts integrating ERP, MES, SCM, CRM platforms; leveraging emerging technologies like AI, Big Data, IoT, and RPA to elevate operational intelligence and automation.
• Collaborate closely with CEO and executive teams to align global operations with corporate strategy, build global partnerships, oversee M&A integration, and support international expansion.
• Build and strengthen a high-performance global operations leadership team, fostering innovation and continuous development through succession planning and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a closely related discipline.
• Advanced degrees such as MBA, EMBA, or relevant Master’s preferred.
• At least 15 years of progressive experience in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or project management, with over 10 years in executive leadership roles.
• Proven success managing global operations within large multinational companies, including cross-cultural team leadership and international coordination.
