Job description
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Delhi. This position focuses on expanding business and overseeing sales efforts within the industrial and manufacturing sectors, notably in Hand Tools, Power Tools, Fasteners, Automotive Parts, Pumps, and Agriculture Components.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new B2B sales opportunities.
- Locate and engage potential customers, dealers, distributors, and partners.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Assess customer needs and propose appropriate products.
- Prepare estimates, negotiate pricing, and finalize sales agreements.
- Meet monthly and yearly sales objectives.
- Conduct routine client visits and participate in market growth initiatives.
- Liaise with internal departments for smooth order processing and delivery.
- Track enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments for efficient follow-up.
- Stay informed on market conditions, competitor actions, and pricing strategies.
- Keep detailed sales records, customer information, and MIS documentation.
- Provide outstanding customer service and promptly address queries.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven expertise in B2B sales and business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Effective customer relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in generating leads and converting them into sales.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, for sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and market research.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with prior sales experience in industries such as Hand Tools, Power Tools, Fasteners, Automotive Components, Pumps, or Agriculture Components will be advantageous.
Compensation
Salary offered is up to ₹500,000 per annum.
Location and Working Conditions
This full-time role is based in Delhi, requiring onsite presence with travel as part of job responsibilities.
