Position Overview
Orlando Health is looking for a seasoned Executive Recruiter to manage comprehensive leadership recruitment efforts within its expanding nationally recognized healthcare network. The ideal candidate is a strategic talent advisor who excels at forging strong partnerships with senior management, attracting top-tier executive candidates, and designing leadership pipelines critical to advancing healthcare services.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end executive recruitment for senior leadership and challenging healthcare vacancies, including candidate sourcing, market analysis, engagement, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Act as a strategic consultant to executives and senior leaders by delivering comprehensive market intelligence, recruitment tactics, talent insights, and strategic recommendations aligned with workforce and succession planning.
- Develop and maintain relationships with executive candidates, internal stakeholders, HR teams, and external industry networks to enhance Orlando Health’s leadership candidate pool.
- Create an exceptional candidate experience that highlights Orlando Health’s mission, culture, growth opportunities, and impact on the community with professionalism and executive presence.
- Design targeted sourcing initiatives utilizing direct outreach, referrals, professional bodies, market research, and healthcare leadership contacts.
- Coordinate search strategy meetings, provide regular updates to stakeholders, evaluate candidates, arrange interviews, manage offer discussions, and ensure confidentiality throughout the process.
- Analyze search progress, recruitment trends, candidate feedback, and potential risks to formulate clear updates and actionable advice for executives.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems, sourcing technologies, HR platforms, and Microsoft Office to efficiently manage recruitment activities and provide data-driven insights.
- Maintain attendance in accordance with Orlando Health policies and comply with ADA, FMLA, and other relevant legal requirements.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- At least five years of progressively responsible experience in human resources or talent acquisition, including a minimum of two years specializing in recruiting for executive, senior leadership, or C-suite roles.
- Skilled in market research, competitive intelligence, talent mapping, sourcing strategy, and building executive talent pipelines.
- Proven experience supporting leadership compensation discussions, offer creation, and salary negotiations.
- Demonstrated expertise in evaluating executive candidates based on qualifications, leadership abilities, cultural fit, and readiness for senior-level positions.
- Advanced knowledge and proficient use of recruiting technology, applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, HR software, and Microsoft Office applications.
