Job Summary
This role involves overseeing and managing the operational processes to guarantee the seamless execution of higher education programmes. The Executive will ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures, collaborate closely with academic teams to enhance student experiences, and manage marketing communication tasks including copy editing and proofreading promotional materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee higher education programme delivery by maintaining efficient systems covering contracts, payments, billing, enrolment setups, student pass validity, and reporting. Ensure appropriate arrangements for class selection, course evaluation, and online learning platforms as needed.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with university partners, stakeholders, and student leaders. Stay updated on partner institutional changes impacting resource management, and coordinate activities to facilitate partner visits.
- Manage lecturer deployment information ensuring compliance with approval from SIM and SSG. Address and resolve lecturer-related issues where applicable.
- Supervise the full student lifecycle maintaining positive, timely communication with all stakeholders including prospective students, current students, and alumni. Handle complaints and feedback, and collaborate with academic leadership for intervention strategies targeting underperforming students.
- Conduct class scheduling and assessment-related operations aligned with course requirements, SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) regulations, and internal quality standards.
- Drive process enhancements by collecting and coordinating data for digital transformation and system automation. Gather team feedback to identify challenges and propose practical solutions. Participate in new system testing and user acceptance assessments.
- Support marketing and recruitment activities by maintaining updated profiles of students and graduates, scheduling marketing efforts, organizing briefings, and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
- Assist in programme reviews by compiling statistics and data for planning and evaluation and ensure changes are implemented effectively in system setups as required.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma holder with one to three years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong skills in data analysis.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- Team-oriented with a mature demeanor and a positive outlook.
- Resourceful, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks concurrently, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
