About the Role
This position offers a varying annual base salary from $74,600 to $147,500 depending on candidate location, credentials, and experience. As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the President & CEO of Converse and a Senior Director, ensuring efficient operation within a fast-paced corporate environment.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business or related areas or equivalent experience and training.
- At least 5 years of experience supporting senior executives in large corporations; 10+ years preferred.
- Track record collaborating with C-suite executives, government officials, and other dignitaries.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent literacy, numeracy, and communication capabilities.
- Experienced liaising with high-profile individuals such as executive leadership and sponsored collaborators.
- Highly self-motivated and capable of independent work while building cross-team connections.
- Meticulous attention to detail with problem-solving aptitude.
- Adaptability to a dynamic, high-pressure setting dealing with ambiguous situations.
- Background in event planning; budget management and proposal experience desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration platforms; familiarity with Keynote and AI tools like Chat GPT or Microsoft Copilot is advantageous.
- Trusted to exercise discretion with confidential information.
- Availability to occasionally work beyond regular business hours.
- Previous experience with Converse is strongly favored.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing complex calendars, resolving conflicts proactively, and ensuring timely scheduling of meetings and appointments.
- Serving as the main communication liaison for the leaders, managing email correspondence and prioritizing actionable items.
- Organizing meetings and events including venue booking, budgeting, catering, agenda creation, reminders, and collaborating with external entities.
- Coordinating travel arrangements both domestic and international with expense reporting handled promptly.
- Preparing, organizing, reviewing important documents, reports, and presentations; occasionally presenting materials to leadership and teams.
- Providing leadership and mentorship within the administrative community to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Supporting special projects by assisting with planning and execution to meet deadlines and goals.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information and leadership decisions.
- Overseeing office environment setup, new hire onboarding, equipment provisioning, and administrative training as necessary.
- Facilitating culture-building activities such as team events, meetings, offsites, and other collaborative occasions to strengthen team cohesion.
