Key Responsibilities

• Discover and prioritize impactful AI opportunities spanning operational and customer-oriented business areas.
• Create comprehensive AI roadmaps, business cases, and execution plans closely aligned with the company's strategic goals.
• Collaborate with executive leaders to formulate and drive AI transformation strategies across the enterprise.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI projects, including ideation, design, deployment, and driving adoption within the organization.
• Coordinate with technical teams and business units to ensure seamless project delivery and tangible business advantages.
• Advocate for robust AI governance, implement best practices, and build sustainable AI capabilities throughout the company.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum seven years' professional experience in AI, digital transformation, enterprise technology, or management consulting.
• Established success in advising board-level executives on AI strategies, technology investments, and business changes.
• Recent direct involvement in executing AI, Generative AI, analytics, or intelligent automation projects with quantifiable commercial or operational gains.
• Proven capability managing transformation programs end-to-end—from opportunity identification and strategic planning to roadmaps, implementation, and adoption.
• Deep expertise with contemporary AI technologies including large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agents, and copilot applications.
• Hands-on experience with major AI platforms such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or NVIDIA AI solutions.
• Background in public sector or government transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
• Arabic language skills are preferred.
