Role Overview

As an Event Project Manager, you will join a vibrant team focused on delivering unforgettable event experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with clients to understand their vision and transform it into engaging and innovative event concepts. This role involves coordinating with various internal teams and external vendors to ensure meticulous event execution while staying current with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to design mutually beneficial solutions and develop comprehensive proposals, scopes of work, schedules, and staffing plans related to event projects.
• Maintain strong client relationships by attentively addressing their needs and communicating clearly about roles, responsibilities, budgets, timelines, and project updates.
• Partner with the Director to manage end-to-end program processes from creative development through to execution using company methodologies and tools.
• Facilitate regular team meetings and maintain effective communication to ensure deadlines are met and responsibilities are fulfilled both on-site and remotely.
• Supervise team members during event execution and manage resources efficiently, including negotiating and booking external services when necessary.
• Oversee project budget creation, forecasting, revenue management, and cost control in collaboration with the Director, including third-party vendor negotiations.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas and continuously seek new production techniques to enhance event experiences.
• Ensure successful project delivery, foster a motivated team environment, maintain client satisfaction to encourage repeat business, and achieve profitable budget outcomes.

• Highly self-motivated, equally effective both independently and as a team leader.
• Ability to remain calm and maintain composure under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills with clarity and effectiveness.
• Comprehensive understanding of technical and logistical facets of event production.
• Broad knowledge of marketing, events, creative, and media industries, with a commitment to staying informed of current trends.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing both physical and digital events.
• Applicants must be Singaporeans, Permanent Residents, or Work Permit Holders.
