Role Details

• Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks including cocktails, beers, and wines, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, making recommendations, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area including tools, glasses, and surfaces to uphold hygiene standards.
• Manage bar inventory by restocking, ordering supplies, and monitoring stock to prevent shortages during busy periods.
• Comply with safety procedures, responsible serving laws, and legal age requirements to provide a safe and compliant setting.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a bartender or relevant bartending qualifications.
• Understanding of the importance of health and safety standards within a hotel.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage well with people.
• High attention to detail to maintain service quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
