Operating at the nexus of entrepreneurship, AI, and business operations, you will collaborate intimately with senior leadership to convert concepts into scalable AI-enabled products. Role Overview

Your primary goal is to detect a major opportunity, develop a new product line or business vertical within Beam, build and lead the appropriate team, validate market needs, and grow this initiative into a viable standalone enterprise generating significant revenue and impact.

This position suits versatile professionals passionate about solving problems quickly and taking full ownership. You will transform ideas into actionable business outcomes, producing substantial impact starting from day one.

You will work closely with founders and senior executives on critical initiatives across Market Expansion, Partnerships, Solutions Engineering, and Growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead challenging, innovative projects end-to-end, covering business strategy, product creation, go-to-market planning, and execution.
• Discover business problems where AI agents and automation present considerable value additions.
• Manage projects from inception to delivery, coordinating among various stakeholders.
• Design and implement comprehensive AI and automation solutions tailored to specific business requirements.
• Develop and deploy AI agents and automate workflows utilizing state-of-the-art AI platforms and tools.
• Collaborate across teams, including Go-To-Market, Engineering, Business Development, and Solutions Engineering, to ensure successful delivery of new initiatives.
• Research novel AI technologies and propose cutting-edge applications.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years experience in dynamic, fast-growing tech startups, top-tier consulting, investment banking, or similar demanding settings.
• Strong analytical capabilities and adept at systematic problem-solving.
• Proven track record managing projects from conceptual stages through to completion.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI, automation, and emerging tech trends.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in managing diverse stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating across multiple disciplines and functions.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
• Demonstrated ownership mentality and preference for proactive action.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing AI agents or automating workflows.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Relevance AI, or Lindy.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering or applications powered by large language models (LLMs).
• Basic coding skills in Python, JavaScript, or API integrations.
• Prior involvement in a founder’s office, startup environment, venture studio, or similar innovation-focused roles.
