About the Role
At Zenity, we are revolutionizing AI security within enterprises, and to support this mission, we are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead our sales efforts focusing on Fortune 1000 companies. This position involves building and maintaining strategic relationships with CISOs and senior security officials, managing intricate enterprise sales cycles, and contributing to the future of AI agent security.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a specified territory focusing on Fortune 1000 accounts, creating detailed strategic plans for high-value clients.
- Lead complex sales engagements involving multiple stakeholders such as CISOs and executive leaders across security and AI governance segments.
- Proactively generate pipeline opportunities and nurture leads, while collaborating with marketing and partners.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions and oversee proof-of-concept projects with tight coordination with engineering teams.
- Handle extensive procurement processes and enterprise buying committees with professionalism and insight.
- Collaborate with partners including VARs, hyperscalers, and strategic alliances to enhance deal flow and accelerate sales cycles.
- Work in partnership with the Partner Sales Manager to align strategies and execute plans within crucial accounts.
- Engage in field events, partner activations, and executive meetings to strengthen presence and cultivate pipeline.
- Adapt creatively within a dynamic startup setting to explore new business opportunities and executive relationships.
- Travel as necessary within the assigned territory to maintain customer engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, demonstrated by success selling to large enterprises.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles including executive and security leadership engagements.
- Background in cybersecurity, application security, cloud security, or comparable sectors preferred.
- Experience handling long procurement timelines and conducting end-to-end enterprise proof-of-concepts.
- Familiarity with partner-driven sales models, working with VARs and hyperscalers.
- Willingness to travel regionally as necessary.
- Ability to operate effectively in rapidly evolving, fast-paced environments.
- Exposure to high-growth or venture-backed company settings.
- Understanding or experience with AI, security, or emerging tech trends.
Interview Process
- Initial recruiter screening focusing on background and role fit (45 minutes).
- Hiring manager discussion on sales strategy and execution (45-60 minutes).
- Sales engineering interview focused on technical discovery and POCs (30 minutes).
- Channel/field marketing conversation on pipeline and cross-team collaboration (30 minutes).
- Final interview with VP of Sales covering performance goals and growth potential (45 minutes).
Compensation and Location
This hybrid position requires presence in the New York City office three days per week unless meeting with clients onsite. The total compensation package offers an expected on-target earnings between $340,000 and $350,000, variable based on experience, abilities, and location, and includes base salary, commission, equity, and performance incentives.
